We have an efficient customer service to advise you before and during the purchase, and a precise after-sales service that guarantees our customers the solution to any problem. Our goal is to satisfy our customers and guarantee them a pleasant shopping experience and maximum satisfaction with our products.
Our furniture is handmade with care by our crafts people. Should a problem occur, despite our quality controls, our products have a 2 year warranty (see general conditions). The return of defective or non-compliant products is always guaranteed. The customer can exercise this right if the defect occurs within two years from delivery of the goods and reports the defect to email@example.com within two months of discovery. Revoliving can proceed with the repair of the product under warranty or with the issue of a voucher or with the repayment of the sum paid directly to your account.

At Revoliving we think that the comfort and satisfaction of our customers are the most important thing, so we leave them the time to try our products. If you have changed your mind about your purchase (only for orders on our online shop), you can decide to change it or return it within 15 days and receive a full refund.
- Simply send the invoice within 15 days from the date of purchase to the address of our customer care: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Shipping to the customer and return to the factory are entirely at the customer’s expense.
- The products must be returned perfectly intact, clean and packed in their original packaging (see general conditions).
